I was really fortunate today, as soon as I walked out of the train station I spotted a Dachshund walking ahead so I ran after them! I met very lovely Jaxson! He wasn’t sure about me at first but he warmed up to me and let me give him a stroke! He’s very cute!

I got out and about at lunchtime today but I didn’t spot a dog! I popped to the park when I got back to Bolton and it didn’t take me long before I spotted a man carrying a tiny little dog! I went over to say hello to Honey the Jackawawa. She’s very cute and was very well behaved! Honey lives with 3 cats, at first they weren’t that sure about her but it’s all happy families now!

I had a friend staying over this weekend so me, him and Ethan went for a walk to the park to have a go on the swings and keep an eye out for a dog whilst my husband waited for the shopping! We didn’t walk for very long when I spotted 3 dogs, one was very Handsome Mason from day 14 and his sister (I don’t think they’re actually blood related, I’m not sure!) Mika, another gorgeous Akita. She’s very friendly and well behaved, she sat still whilst I took a number of pictures!

I popped round to my parents house this morning (I’m always there, I’m stalking them!) and so went for a walk to the end of their street, a dog hot spot! At first there was no one about but by the time I’d walked round the block there was around 8 dogs! Today I met beautiful Millie a German Shepherd and Border Collie cross, what a cute combo! Millie is a rescue dog from Manchester Dogs home.

I had the day off today but it was jammed packed doing productive things around the house so I didn’t get out for my dog search until a bit later! Fortunately it was still light so I popped to the park. It didn’t take me long before I spotted a very nice Rottweiler so I went over to say hello. Bella was very happy to be in the park and chasing her ball, she can jump really high! Bella’s human mum is pregnant at the moment and so Bella is making sure she’s looking after her!

I worked late tonight so I made sure I went out at lunchtime for a walk but I didn’t spot any dogs. I took a break in the afternoon and went for little walk around the block but I still didn’t spot any! I didn’t get back to Bolton until 8pm, it was dark and raining, booooo! I’ve got to be honest, I felt a little disheartened on my way home! I got in the car and drove to the shop where I’ve spotted many dogs before. Just as I pulled in I saw a very cute Yorkshire Terrier so I went over to say hello, I’m a happy girl again! Benji was very friendly and very excited; so excited that he couldn’t keep still! I only managed to get one picture in focus. It’s not my best picture but I think you can still see how cute he is!

The weather has been miserable today! I had the day off today so I decided to go rounds to my parents house and then go on a search for a dog, but it wouldn’t stop raining! I waited for the rain to be not quite so heavy and went for a walk and spotted a very handsome Border Collie called Rocky. It was quite difficult to get a good picture of Rocky though, he wouldn’t keep still!

I just turned onto the street where I park to pick up my little boy from nursery when I spotted a very nice Cocker Spaniel so I parked up and went over to say hello! I met very cute Harvey, he was little nervous though, he’s always a little shy with strangers! As I was parking up I spotted two very lovely Chocolate Labradors so I parked up as fast as I could and went over to say hello. I met very friendly Muffin and Jake! It’s amazing how different they both look despite both being Chocolate Labradors!

I had a great start to the day, I found Dylan my dog of the day as soon as I got out of the car in Salford. They were walking just ahead in the opposite direction to my work but I had enough time to go say hello! Although Dylan is traditionally a boys name today’s Dylan is a lovely girl! Her human mum and dad aren’t sure why she’s called Dylan as she’s a rescue dog and Dylan was the name she already had! It was rainy this morning so Dylan is a bit wet, she looks very cute though!

I met beautiful Molly today! I was walking through Manchester when I spotted her on the other side of the road, she looked amazing so I had to go and say hello! Molly is such a friendly girl, I got to give her lots of fuss! She also got lots of attention from passers by, nearly everyone that walked past said “awww, what an amazing dog!”. Molly used to belong to her current human daddy’s friend but they moved abroad and so her current owners took her in; who can blame them, she’s gorgeous!

I went for a little stroll to the village at lunchtime today, people have told me that there is usually people walking dogs round there but I hadn’t made it up there yet. I wasn’t disappointed, as soon as I got there I saw a beautiful Black Labrador. Meg was being walked by two people but they weren’t her owners, Meg was their bosses dog; they’re allowed to take their dogs to work with them! How amazing is that, I’m so jealous! They were telling me that just over a year ago they decided to trial having a bring your dog to work day and it worked so well that people can bring in their dogs any day. They have around 10 office dogs. Unsurprisingly morale is very high where they work! Meg has a sister called Sweep, another Black Labrador!

I went for a drive to Horwich today to take my son to the hairdressers and as we were parking up I spotted a lady training a guide dog so I went over to say hello. I wasn’t sure if they’d be able to stop but fortunately they could so I got to say hello to beautiful Thelma. Thelma is still a trainee guide dog, she’s in the last part of her training though and only has 2 months to go, what a clever girl! Thelma is sooo gentle and obviously very well behaved, she was one of the easiest dogs so far to get a photo of!

I was very lucky today. I was walking back from a meeting with my colleague when I spotted a lovely dog across the road on Deansgate in Manchester so I crossed the road to say hello! I met very handsome Barney, he’s soooo friendly, he enjoyed lots of strokes! Barney loves people but isn’t a big fan of cats! Barney has done some marathon training with his human dad, he can run 11 miles!

I went out for food at lunch time today with people from work for a leaving do; It was very nice but it meant I didn’t have time to look for a dog at lunchtime so I drove to the park after work. I’m really pleased that it’s getting lighter now, it’s definitely going to make my task easier! I soon as I parked up I spotted a man walking a Cocker Spaniel and a Beagle so I went over to say hello. They’re both gorgeous dogs, very excited! I ended up taking a picture of Toby the Cocker Spaniel, I’m hoping I’ll see them again so I can get a picture of Milo the Beagle!

Today I met up with my friends Emma and Tim to meet there beautiful Rough Collie Laila, she’s so lush! It was quite nice knowing that I definitely wouldn’t have a problem finding a dog today! We went for a walk around Whittaker park in Rawtenstall, it was really nice! As soon as we saw Laila she came running up to us to say hello and gave my son Ethan a kiss! She’s really made an impression on Ethan, he keeps asking me where Laila has gone! Laila is a super friendly dog, there wasn’t a dog in the park that she didn’t make friends with!

I’m mega pleased that we’re getting more light in the evening now! I only had 20 minutes for my lunch today so I couldn’t go out and look for a dog so I went on the hunt after work. As it was still light a drove to a big park where there’s always loads of dogs when it’s light! As soon as I parked up I spotted a man walking 3 Jack Russell’s so I ran over to say hello. I was going to try and get a picture of all 3 of them but then I realized that would be way too hard so I took a picture of very cute Bella! Bella used to belong to her current owners neighbour but she didn’t have the time to look after her any more so he took her in!

It’s been my day off today so I knew I’d have no trouble finding a dog! I went round to my parents house and didn’t have to wait too long when I spotted a neighbor taking his son’s very handsome Chocolate Labrador for a walk. I’ve spotted him before but I hadn’t actually met him yet, he’s such a friendly lovely dog. Another Chocolate Labrador also walked past, they were both very excited to see each other! Rossi has lots of cuddly toys, he takes one with him when he answers the door so that he doesn’t get too excited!
