I managed to get out at lunchtime and it didn’t take long before I spotted a very cute Dachshund. Chilli Pepper is a little bit shy but she’s very sweet! Chills humans got her when she was 18 months old; her previous owners had a couple of other dogs and a cat but it was too much for Chills and she didn’t get on with them. She’s now very nervous of cats and freezes every time she she’s one.

I had a really busy day in work today so there was no time to go out at lunchtime to search for a dog. I also had to work late so I was planning to drive to the nearest park when I got back to Bolton but I was really lucky and as soon as I walked out of the train station I bumped into a very handsome German Shepherd. Sebastian is very friendly, I gave him lots of strokes and he lent into me for a cuddle! I’ve met Sebastian once before, he’s friends with Tank from day 117! Sebastian is very handsome and everyone that walked past commented on how gorgeous he is! When he was a puppy people stopped his humans all of the time to tell them how gorgeous he is, they even had a gorgeous count! I saw a picture of Sebastian as a puppy, very, very cute! Sebastian is also a clever boy, he can do some tricks and even showed me some!

Even though I had the day off today I didn’t manage to get out and look for a dog until late. I popped to the park and I spotted a very excited Cocker Spaniel chasing a ball in the field so I went over to say hello. Harry is very cute, he’s a ball of energy! At first I though he might be a cross with a King Charles Cavalier as he’s quite small, but he was bought as a Cocker Spaniel, his human daddy also thinks that he might be a cross though! Harry has 2 human brothers, they love him loads! Harry is very active and goes running with his human daddy, they’ll run 10 miles together.

It’s been raining loads again today so I didn’t get out at lunchtime. I had to wait for my husband to get back from work before I went out in search for a dog, fortunately I managed to get a break in the rain. I walked to a park and spotted a family walking a really cute, happy looking dog. Oscar is a lovely Cavachon, he’s a really friendly boy and gave me a little kiss! Oscar has  two different colour eyes, one brown and one blue, he looks very cool, he’s like David Bowie! His eye colour meant that some people weren’t interested in him but fortunately his family fell in love with him; they wanted an extra member for their family, it doesn’t matter what colour his eyes are! Oscar has two human sisters, they all love each other very much!

The weather has been really rubbish again today! I hoped that by the time I got home there would be a break in the rain and I was in luck! I went to my parents house to pick up Ethan and I noticed one of their neighbours walking his very cute dog so I went over to meet him! At first I thought that Rufus was a Shih Tzu but he’s actually a very handsome Lhasa Apso. Rufus is a very friendly boy and he has lots of friends, the kids on the street love him! His humans put him on his lead in the front garden and all of the kids come to play with him and give him lots of fuss.

It’s been a miserable day with lots of rain so I didn’t have high hopes that I’d spot a dog at lunchtime today and I was right! I saw my neighbour Sue when I got back from work today and she told me that she was looking after 3 of her friends dogs so I went over to say hello! They were all very excited and I gave them all a fuss! I also got to say hello to beautiful Lady from Day 1 and handsome Cassius from Day 47. I decided to make beautiful Bella my dog of the day; she’s a Shih Tzu and Pug cross. I’ve met one before and I think they might possibly be related! I double checked and it also turns out that the Shih Tzu Pug cross that was previously my Dog of the Day is also called Bella, although they are definitely not the same dog; I had a moment of worry when I thought they might be! Bella is a very friendly girl and jumped up to say hello! She gets on well with her dog sisters Frankie a Shih Tzu and Cady a Labradoodle. Bella especially loves Cady and they snuggle up to each other at night!

I’m working this weekend so I popped out at lunchtime in search of a dog. I was sat in the park when I spotted a man walking a very cute Shih Tzu so I went over to say hi. Fonzi is very sweet, what a cute and friendly boy! The chap walking Fonzi goes out with his human mummy but they haven’t been dating for very long so he didn’t know all of the details about Fonzi yet!Unfortunately there are some gaps in his profile, hopefully Fonzi’s human mummy will get in touch with the missing info!

I parked up near Ethan’s nursery after work and went for a little walk around the block in search of a dog. I didn’t have to walk far when I noticed an amazing Dogue De Bordeaux up one of the side streets; I was very excited and hot footed it down the street to meet him! As soon as handsome Killian saw me he came bounding over to say hello, what a friendly boy! He loves meeting new people and getting lots of fuss, he’s a big softy! Killian’s owner did a lot of research before he got Killian to make sure he knew everything he needed to! Kilian’s doggy dad is a champion Dogue De Bordeaux.

I went to the park after work today when I spotted a lovely Springer Spaniel in the car park! I went over to say hello and it turns out that it was Max from day 58. He’d just had a haircut, he looked very smart! He also sang Old McDonald for me, what a talented boy!

I walked a bit further on and I noticed a very excited King Charles Cavalier Spaniel! Ted is very cute and very happy, his tail doesn’t stop wagging! It was quite difficult to get a picture of Ted as he hardly keeps still, he loves running round! He also spotted a swallow and so ran off to chase it; it’s his favourite pastime! I got to give him a bit if a fuss and tickled his belly, he’s a friendly boy! He loves him human mummy loads and follows her everywhere she goes around the house, even to the toilet!

I was at my parents house this afternoon when I spotted a cute dog walking past so I dashed out to say hello to lovely Noodles! Noodles is a rescue dog from Cyprus. The family were on holiday there and one of their friends found Noodles walking around the holiday park and so took her in to a rescue centre and the family decided that they would like to adopt her. They had to wait a couple of months before Noodles could come back to the UK whilst they sorted out her doggy passport but she got over here eventually and has now lived in the UK for 7 years. What a lovely happily ever after story!

I went out for a little walk at lunchtime but there weren’t any dogs about! When my husband got in from work I went out for a stroll to the park. I spotted a little Jack Russell having lots of fun playing with a ball and a Frisbee so I went over to meet her! Daisy is very cute and very friendly. She was with her human brother and his granddad; they love each other loads, she thinks the world of her human brother! Daisy once had a litter of 8 puppies, they didn’t keep any but they are still in touch with some of them which is nice! Daisy does a very cute thing to get herself tucked into bed at night! She throws her blankets in the air and then wraps herself up in them; she gets so covered up that you can’t see she’s there!

I went to Chester Zoo today for Ethan’s’ birthday, we had a great day out! One of the animals we saw was a bush dog, I’ve never seen one before, they were mega cute, but not my dog of the day!

When I got back to Bolton I went to visit my parents and then went for a little walk down there street. I ended up seeing Loki from Day 128, Poppy from Day 140, Jack from Day 152 and Holly from Day 7. It was very nice to see them all but I was worried I wouldn’t spot any different dogs! I had to walk a little further than usual when I spotted a really smiley, friendly, beautiful dog. Tia was running with one of her dog sisters when she came over to say hello, she’s a very friendly girl! She had a big smile on her face the whole time I was with her, she has a lovely nature! Tia is a rescue dog. She had belonged to someone that ran a pub but they left her behind when they left. She was originally taken in by one of her humans neighbours but they had another dog that was picking on her so she went to live in her current home. Tia has 4 dog sisters, they were all having lots of fun together!

We have family visiting this weekend so we decided to take them to the excellent IWM North today as they’ve never been! We had a great visit and decided to take a stroll over the bridge to have a little look round Media City. When we got to the bridge I spotted a very tall and handsome dog coming towards us so I went over the say hello. Monty is a very tall German Shorthaired Pointer, he was the biggest in his litter! He’s a friendly boy and I got to give him a good stroke; I even got a wet nose kiss! Monty had to have an operation last Friday on two of his cruciate ligaments. Fortunately it was keyhole surgery so he didn’t have a massive scar. He’s doing really well considering he’d only just had his operation and could walk round pretty normally; lovely boy! Fortunately Monty’s humans got him insured, so far  he’s had to have £11,500 worth of treatment, fingers crossed its all ok now!

Emma and Geoff’s human mummy from day 182 told me about a dog show that she was judging today at Jollyes Pet Shop so I thought I would go along! As soon as I got there I spotted  a very handsome doggy which I first I thought might be a puppy Newfoundland so I went over to say hello! It turns out that gorgeous Bear is a Tibetan Mastiff, what an amazing dog! I don’t think I’ve ever met a Tibetan Mastiff before so I was really pleased to meet him today. Bear’s fur is so soft, he still has his puppy fur but his human mummy showed an area where his new fur is coming through.

I went out at lunchtime today but I didn’t spot any dogs so I went for a walk to the park this evening. I spotted a couple walking 3 dogs so I went over to say hello. They were all very nice but I thought that it would be too difficult to get a picture of all of them so I decided to make handsome Max a Border Collie my dog of the day. Max is 19 years old, I believe he’s now the oldest dog to appear on my blog so far! He’s a bit deaf now and he’s not as fast as he used to be but he’s a lovely boy! He cuddled into me for a nice stroke and cuddle! Max lives with Kiara a Patterdale Terrier and Pippa an American Bulldog, they’re both very excited dogs and they all get on really well!

I managed to get out at lunchtime today but I didn’t spot any dogs, so I had to wait until I got back home to find a dog. I went for a stroll to the park and I spotted a very excited King Charles Cavalier Spaniel up ahead. Her little tail was wagging non stop! They were quite a way ahead so I had to run a bit to catch them! Bonnie is a very beautiful and friendly girl, she cuddled into me straight away and talked to me the whole time, she’s such a cutie! Bonnie was being walked by her human dads girlfriend; she told me that her boyfriend loves Bonnie loads! He currently doesn’t live with Bonnie, she’s still at his mum’s house but he goes round every day to see her!

I’m really busy this week in work so I haven’t had chance to go and look for a dog at lunchtime. I planned to go for a walk down my parents street to look for a dog as they’ve had Ethan again but it turned out I didn’t need to! I was very lucky and as soon as I got to my car I spotted a lady walking a very cute Shih Tzu. Marvin is very sweet, he came over to say hello and I gave him a little stroke! He’s very friendly, he made friends with a little girl whilst I was with him! Marvin was being walked by his human grandma who was looking after him for a few days.

I went to the park after work today, it was a slightly different time than usual which was good as there were loads of dogs about. I spotted a lady with 4 dogs so I went over to say hello. It turns out that is was Tank’s (Day 117) human mummy. At first I thought wow she would have her hands full with 5 dogs but it turns out she’s a dog walker! I decided to make Milo, a very handsome Husky my dog of the day. He was very excitable, such a happy and lively boy!

I’ve been really busy in work today so I didn’t get chance to find a dog at lunchtime, I decided to have a little walk down my parents street on my way to pick up Ethan. As soon as I got out of the car I saw gorgeous Bentley from Day 99, I got to have a good stroke and I took a little stroll with him and his human mummy Ruth. It seemed pretty quiet about, it took a while before we spotted a really cute Jack Russell called Borris. Borris is a friendly boy, he came to say hello straight away! It was tricky at first to get a photo as he kept coming up to me to say hello but eventually we managed to get a good shot! Borris is a rescue dog from Leigh Dogs and Cats Home. Borris was with his human sister who loves him loads, they’d spent the whole day cuddling!
